This project is located on the site of an existing commercial development in Wavery. At a prominent location entering the city, the new building combines a convenience store, gas station and McDonalds restaurant and drive through. The prototype McDonald’s plan and exterior design is incorporated into the overall building with the use of common materials, canopies and massing. The convenience store is highlighted with a large clerestory space/entrance.
