Our design team developed plans to renovate a building that was an existing office-warehouse for the People’s City Mission, and convert it into a facility for emergency, temporary shelter for the homeless. The facility provides a sleeping area, personal showers, a small personal laundry, and a dining room. A check-in office and a general observation office were provided for administration.
