Independent Living and Retirement Communities Project
ADA designed nine duplexes for seniors at Rosewood Estates: eight two-bedroom duplexes and one three-bedroom duplex. All include attached garages, living, dining and kitchen areas, laundry rooms and roll-in showers. Each unit also includes a security system controlling all windows and entry doors. Four units were designed for individuals with disabilities. One unit was designed for individuals with hearing or vision impairments. The entire project was designed for accessibility, adaptability and energy efficiency.
