The project was constructed under the Green Building, Nebraska Certified Home Program administered by the Nebraska Energy Office. The three- and four-bedroom houses include living and dining areas, a kitchen, laundry room, and a loft/balcony overlooking the living room. Site amenities include a private drive with off-street parking, a community playground, landscaping and security fencing.
