Serving Hickman, Nebraska as the new premier financial institution Nebraska Bank requested a multi-story shared space concept from ADA. The final design consists of a two story 8,000 square-foot building featuring a single story wing for tenant rental, double story open lobby, suspended light bar accents, vista balcony overlooking the adjacent rolling fields, drive-thru teller window and 24-Hour ATM. The materials were chosen to resemble other Nebraska Bank locations while also fitting in smoothly with the surrounding development in Hickman.
