Peru State College requested a comprehensive renovation for their still original 1920 performing arts building. This entailed stripping the theater down to the shell and installing up-to-date sound, lighting and projection systems. The theater space was refurnished with new seating and acoustical panels. The existing entry hall and support spaces were demolished to provide larger facilities and a more spacious lobby. On the exterior, the adjacent green space was developed into an event space and donor plaza. The project also incorporated Peru State's geothermal heating system with several additional wells installed for this project.
