ADA was approached to design a senior living community in north Omaha. The 28 unit Sharron Heights complex is centered around a common lawn area and Community hall featuring meeting room, kitchen, community style mailboxes and property offices. Each unit provides two bedrooms, bathroom with roll-in shower, in home washer and dryer, attached garage and comprehensive unit based security systems. With several units specifically designed for individuals with disabilities and those with hearing and vision impairments.
