ADA designed a 100-unit facility on the outskirts of Coralville, Iowa. Located on 4.5 acres, Lantern Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a mixture of private units and semi-private units. Additional interior features include a full kitchen and dining area, an administration area, a nurse’s station, an activity room, a physical therapy room with an examination room, a lobby, general storage area, bath areas, an employee break room and required mechanical and electrical spaces. The exterior includes a full-service drive for the kitchen, main drives, drainage, a detention pond, 50 parking stalls, and utilities.
