John Hathaway | AIA | Principal | Project Manager
John has vast experience in renovations, Educational Projects, Multiple Performing Arts Spaces, remodels, new construction, and Nursing Care Facilities. Among his project experience: the Peru State College Performing Arts Center Addition and Renovation; Nebraska Association of County Officials Office Expansion and Renovation; Indian Hills Community Church Sanctuary and performance Remodel; Helen Boosalis Indoor Shooting Range; Department of Corrections Central office Entry. John is involved in many technically advanced project types, from the above-mentioned shooting range to coordinating the stringent requirements of FM Global underwriting for Reroof projects involving municipal properties. Integration of technology in the building design process falls to John’s able hands as a Principal, project manager and Designer.
John earned his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Nebraska and has over a decade of experience in the architectural profession. John enjoys all aspects of the construction process, and clients can put their trust in his expertise and guidance from design through construction.
