Chris Northup | Project Manager
Chris joined ADA in July 2006, and has over 25 years of experience in architectural design and construction practices on a variety of projects. A few Addition and Renovation projects that he has been involved with over the years are Lincoln Orthopedic Center Addition and Renovation; Horizon Bank Addition and Renovation in Waverly, NE; Union College Physician Assistant Studies Renovation, TJ Majors IAQ Renovations at Peru State College and Goodrich Middle School in Lincoln, NE, Currently Chris is overseeing the Theater Addition/Renovation at Peru State College; and Goodrich Middle School in Lincoln, NE. Currently Chris is overseeing the Theater Addition and Renovation at Peru State College, Auburn State Bank's Addition and Renovation and the new construction of Old Cheney Rehabilitation Center, Lincoln, NE.
Chris is exceptionally versatile having spent parts of his career as an owner of a general contracting company, which gives him a unique perspective and understanding for our clients. Along with superior technical skills in preliminary design, construction drawings, writing specifications, estimating and managing projects through all phases of design and construction. Chris also has many years of experience as a consultant for commercial food service design.
